Random thoughts

I gave Sawyer rice cereal for the first time today. He didn't seem too excited. After a few bites he threw himself backwards and started looking for a boob. Maybe he's not quite ready for solids. Or I caught him at a bad time.

My anxiety is bad tonight. Just when I start to feel normal again, I feel like I can't breath and the panic feeling starts creeping in. I hate feeling like this. This must be what crazy feels like.

Earl came by and pulled our tractor out of the mud. Jody got it stuck on Sunday. All the rain we've gotten lately has done a number of the ground. There is still a creek running across our driveway and more rain in the forecast.

I went swimsuit shopping yesterday. I'm sure the kids and I provided some great amusement for the associate manning the changing rooms. While I'm trying the suits on Paxton yells out "I see your boobies!" and "I see your underwear!" while laughing hysterically. Then I'm yelling at him to not open the door and quit crawling under it. Meanwhile, Olivia is holding Sawyer who has run out of patience and is starting to cry. I ended up buying a swimsuit with the hope that I don't have to do that again for a long time.

My fear while nursing has always been thrush. The thought of it has always been overwhelming. Sawyer has been popping on and off all day today while he nurses. Now I'm sore. I consulted doctor google and we show some of the symptoms. Please let it be a coincidence.

I've been going to bed a little earlier lately and reading Unlocking The Book of Mormon. It's a nice way to do daily scripture study. I need to remember to thank my mom for getting me the book.

I smoked my sister in a game of scramble by 102 points. It was a total fluke but I had to mention it since she reads my blog.

  1. Thanks, Sarah! Just remember that in order to have a winner, there has to be a loser! So I'm happy to take the back seat so you can be the winner!
